Global water soluble PVA films market share is consolidated in nature and is dominated by major companies like Monosol LLC, Sekisui Specialty Chemicals, Nippon Gohsei that accounts for nearly 65% of global market share. Other manufacturers in the market includes Aicello Chemicals, Jiangmen Proudly Water Soluble Plastic Co, Changzhou Water Soluble Co Ltd.

Now, interestingly, this potential for dividend acceleration, potential or as we say is seen but not immediate, isn’t in the share price if you look at the comparisons with the past. We’re not saying that the shares are going to go up or down but there are lots of factors that affect the share price of course and the interplay is complex. If you look at history, the shares traded at typically between 10% and 15% above net asset values in the past 5 years, that was very consistent but the past year, this figures has slipped and it recently touched a premium down to 5% versus the historic NAV. By the way, we use EPRA NAV, the commonly used NAV benchmark and the dividend growth is currently steady at around 2.5% to 3% a year but that price premium has slipped.

The binding conformation of azoxystrobin to bovine heart CYTBC1 derived from the docking result revealed a similar conformation to that in crystal structure “1SQB”15. The root mean square deviation (RMSD) between the docked conformation and the crystal one was 0.67 with a docking score of 11.75 (Table 4). It is believed that the docking method should be useful for studying the binding conformation of the four novel QoI fungicides to the target (Fig. 3a). The methoxy methyl acrylate groups of the four novel QoI fungicides inserted between the residues F128 and Y131 of the C-helix, and hydrogen bonds, π-π stacking and van der Waals interaction existed in the binding of the four novel QoI fungicides to the wild-type Qo-binding pocket (Fig. 3b). The docking scores for the four QoI fungicides were shown in table 4. SYP-2815 was the second highest one after azoxystrobin, suggesting a relatively strong binding affinity relative to SYP-1620, ZJ0712, and enestroburin.

Overall performance is consistent with expectations at the time of the third quarter trading statement in October. Group revenue for the year is expected to increase by between 8% and 9% at constant exchange rates due to organic growth of more than 4% and a similar impact from acquisitions, net of disposals. If this is the case and nations do decide to seriously regulate the fossil fuel industry, many of the plastics in the 3D printing industry may not survive the global transformation toward clean energy. In turn, we may actually see a growth in the bio-based plastics that exist in the industry.

Interestingly, beyond the hardware solutions, we’ve also developed software tools that speed up installation. For example, FiberPass helps accelerate typical installations from weeks to just days. Our estimates have dividend cover at 97% this year, although actually it’s 100% cash covered but that’s a technicality, and it was 97% in 2017 too, for the 2019 year, we estimate 103% and for 2020 the cover rises usefully further to 109%. So, by 2021, the cover is going to be really health so at some stage, logic would have it that dividend per share would see a noticeable acceleration having rebuilt that surplus cover. At any rate, highly visible ammunition is being built up like we said.

Turning to Automotive Market Access platforms, our materials expertise is helping to propel the auto industry into a new era of clear cars with enhanced cockpit functionality, connectivity, and design. Our objectives are to build on our base business with the gasoline particulate filter opportunity, and to launch our automotive glass business. 2018 was an exciting year for both objectives. Our gasoline particulate filter technology makes cars significantly cleaner. We exceeded $50 million in GPF sales in 2018 as European regulations took effect, and we expect more than $150 million in 2019 GPF sales. China will be the next to introduce GPF, with initial filter sales this year as OEMs prepare for the first phase of China’s six regulations in mid-2020. We are ramping dedicated capacity in China to support a robust pipeline of business resulting from upcoming Chinese regulations.
