For cytokine analysis in the conditioned medium, we used a mouse antibody angiogenesis array membrane (24 target proteins; ab139697, Abcam) as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Conditioned medium samples were incubated with blocked membranes overnight with the membranes at 4°C. Prepared membranes were exposed to an x-ray film and developed for the protein detection.
